As I am admin/reception I will be more aware of how people/young people present whilst at work, i.e how they are in themselves and perhaps forewarn project worker/manager as to how that particular person seems on that day, particularly if they have presented difficult/dangerous in the past so we can manage more effectively.
Loved the red behaviour scale the different factors, how to recognise behaviours at different levels, how to learn from mistakes that you make. Understanding stress factors and to identify stress factors
Strengthened my knowledge in this area and gave me new ideas to try. Increased my confidence to use skills I have and reinforced my positive practice.
All good, enjoyed course. Gave me lots to consider, I will be checking out the website and keeping my workbook handy.
Thank You Emma

Give individuals plans for our patients.
Give staff confidence.
Effective practice for maintaining relationships.
A whole new motivation.
It has given me more knowledge from the physical types of SMART and what signs to look for. I have gained further knowledge plus learning about red and green behavior and different levels of restraint.
Being more confident around residents that can be aggressive towards you. understanding residents that have dementia. About behaviour scales of the residents, what can trigger residents off. And just an overall understanding of how residents might be feeling.
