I will be able to look for positive indicators when approaching residents, and use RPI correctly. Being able to use correct wording for incident reports.

Use RPI if necessary now I have been trained. Take on board everything I have learnt and carry that out, don't rush my job. Take more time to do things.

Because I said when I talk to a certain person he gets aggressive so I will walk away so somebody else can talk to him. I really enjoyed my training it helped me a lot and Emily is very helpful and kind.

It will help me understand how the residents are feeling and acting when they become distressed. I now feel confident about protecting others and myself when another resident may be distressed. The physical training will help when people need essential care.

I really liked points emphasised on the red and green behaviour scale. I also feel confident protecting myself and other service users. I feel confident and really interested if any more further training is needed.

I've realised by doing the green behaviour scale it made me realise how limited they are to be the same person as before and what I could do to change that.
