I feel the training will give me more confidence in my job and really help me to understand what might trigger challenging behaviours.
How to turn it around before it goes too far and also how to understand service user needs and being able to bring things and try new things into their everyday lives.
I feel that the Lalemand red and green behaviour scales would be really helpful in the place I work, especially for new members of staff. I also think the documentation activity would be good to implement. I have enjoyed this course.
