PBS Cloud - Reviewer Training

PBS Cloud is an online system designed for use in Health and Social Care and Education sectors. PBS Cloud enables employees to report behaviour incidents, and for managers to review data. This completes the circle, ensuring that lessons learnt are fed back directly into working practice.

We recommend that all Reviewers should attend the two 90-minute Zoom Blocks. This training is fully inclusive within the cost of PBS Cloud. The best time for this training is after initial NAPPI training and following setup of initial data within PBS Cloud.

A maximum of 18 participants can attend Reviewer training, mostly using their own screens. Participants will engage in activities and discussions, in a large group and small group within the Zoom Breakout rooms. Each participant is provided with a workbook to support them as an aide-memoire. The participants each have the opportunity to complete the Review process live on PBS Cloud. 

Session 1: Reporting

The 90-minute session covers the Roles and Responsibilities of the PBS Cloud Reporter, the person who will enter the data to be reviewed.  Note: a Reporter may also be a Reviewer, but they will not Review their own reports.

Session 2: Reviewing

The 90-minute session covers the Roles and Responsibilities of the PBS Cloud Reviewer, the person who will review the data entered by a Reporter.

A Reviewer will leave this session with skills required to upskill and support the Reporters within their organisation.

This 60-minute optional support session is available, with the aim to answer any specific organisational queries arising.
